For over a decade, I've designed digital experiences for some of the most recognizable names in business including eBay, Walmart and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I've sat in boardrooms, presented to product leaders, and solved complex UX problems for products used by millions of people every single day.
Now I use that same expertise to do something that matters even more to me: helping entrepreneurs build websites that finally match the quality of what they do.
Why I Started
Creative
I spent years watching incredible businesses, talented stylists, brilliant therapists, ambitious consultants and skilled tradespeople get overlooked online simply because their websites didn't reflect who they really were. Meanwhile, I was using enterprise-level design thinking to help massive corporations sell more, convert more, and build trust at scale.
It didn't sit right with me that this level of strategy and craft was only available to companies with seven-figure marketing budgets. So I decided to bring it somewhere it was needed more: to the business owners building generational wealth, serving their communities, and doing remarkable work that deserves to be seen.
Shannon Jones Creative was born from the simple belief that small business owners deserve websites built with the same rigor, strategy, and polish as a Fortune 500 company, without losing the heart and identity that makes their business theirs.
